When the sun is shining and the sky is filled with fluffy white clouds I love nothing more than to sip my Cappuccino while enjoying a fabulous view of Brisbane.

Coffee shops are popping up everywhere in Brisbane but those offering an amazing view have an unfair advantage and while some of these cafes may not be close to you they are well worth the drive. Here are my favourite places to enjoy a coffee view in Brisbane.

Bar Spritz – Kangaroo Point Cliffs

Located on top of the Kangaroo Point Cliffs this is definitely one of the best coffee views overlooking Brisbane city.

Northshore Harbour Cafe – Hamilton Reach

Leave the car at home and take the CityCat to Northshore Harbour Cafe at Hamilton Reach. Cruise directly to this riverside cafe and enjoy a coffee overlooking the Brisbane River.

Kuta Cafe – Mt Coot-tha Lookout

Order your coffee, tea or milkshake and then sit and admire the fabulous panoramic views over Brisbane.

Medley Cafe – Kangaroo Point

Sit on the deck of this hidden gem and watch the CityCats glide up and down the Brisbane River.

From the moment you step out of the lift at The Terrace you are in for a luxe experience. Be prepared to be impressed with the jaw dropping vista, the perfect location to sit and sip your latte.

The Lovewell Project – Mt Gravatt Lookout

Situated at Mt Gravatt Lookout, The Lovewell Project Cafe serves great coffee and delicious in-house baked cheesecakes, open 6 days a week, enjoy cake and coffee for a great cause.

Overlooking the Brisbane River and boasting stunning views you are in for a treat when you visit the Cafe on the Goodwill Bridge. Be prepared for great service, oh and to have your coffee served to you on a silver tray!

Grab a takeaway coffee from HSW cafe and take a wander to the precinct steps, sit down and marvel at the iconic Story Bridge towering above you, Brisbane coffee views don’t get anymore iconic than this location.
