There are only 6 days left to experience the largest Marvel exhibition ever on display and now showing at GOMA till this Sunday.
Follow Thor, Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Black Widow, Hawkeye and their allies and adversaries from the pages of Marvel Comics to the big-screen.
Drawing on Marvel’s extensive archive of original comic books, concept art, props and costumes, as well as private collections, the exhibition features over 500 unique objects including Thor’s hammer, Iron Man’s suit of armour, Captain America’s shield, and never-before-seen set pieces from the highly anticipated Thor: Ragnarok 2017, including the majestic Asgardian throne room.

Hulkbuster
At over 3 metres tall, the Hulkbuster (built to subdue the feisty Hulk) from Avengers: Age of Ultron 2015, is a towering presence in Gallery 1.2. You can see yourself as a character from the Marvel Cinematic Universe when you look through the augmented reality mirror. Practice your super hero moves as high – resolution 3D models of Iron Man, Hulk, Baby Groot and Rocket mimic your movements in real time.
See the diorama from Captain America
An exhibit in the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum is featured in Captain America: The Winter Soldier 2014, and includes a diorama featuring Captain America’s costumes and his World War Two elite team the Howling Commandos. At the front, holding a shield from his USO tour, is the Captain America uniform the character borrows from the exhibit to fight a fresh wave of battles in the present day.
Explore comic book archive
Explore an expansive selection of iconic Marvel comics from different moments in Marvel’s history. Delve page by page through digitised versions of landmark stories from the very first issue of Captain America published in 1941, to the 2017 release of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Prelude. Experience acclaimed comic book artist and graphic illustrator Wayne Nichols massive Spider-Man mural. Nichols has created an 8m x 5m mural, painted directly onto the wall, depicting Spider-Man swinging through the streets of New York.
Experience the green screen
Take part in the green screen process by stepping into the frame of a Marvel Studios’ poster and striking your best action pose in front of a digital backdrop. Once completed, posters will be available as a digital file to share with family and friends.

Showcased alongside the Stark racing suit and the costume of his nemesis Whiplash, the Stark Formula 1 racing car was featured in the dramatic fight sequence between Iron Man and Whiplash in Iron Man 2 2010
Enter Asgardan Throne Room
Inspired by Norse mythology, Asgard was home to Thor and Loki, before dynastic rivalry saw the family torn apart and Loki’s animosity spill across the universe, causing havoc on Earth. Celebrating the heart of Asgardian power –the throne room – this section of the exhibition features major set pieces from the upcoming Thor: Ragnarok 2017 and costumes and weaponry from Thor: The Dark World 2013. Alongside the costumes of Odin, Frigga, Thor, Loki, Jane Foster, Lady Sif and the Warriors Three stands Heimdall, situated on top of The Observatory dais, protecting the realm from the forces beyond their doors.
