South Bank Parklands, is Brisbane’s playground, it has so much to offer residents and tourists to the River City. Sprawling over 17 hectares of riverside parkland, South Bank offers visitors fabulous food from fine dining to fancy ice creams, free exercise classes to cultural events and of course spectacular views.

What do you love most about South Bank Parklands?
I love this. My wife and I got married there, in the epicurious gardens. I’ve worked a large chunk of my professional life there at many of the restaurants. I was only commenting the other day after lunch at Stokehouse that I will always hold a place dear in my heart for South Bank.
