Pictured is The Minister for Health and Home Affairs, E. Hanlon, who has presented a silver cup to new mother, Mrs Mollie Kirkwood after delivering the first baby to be born at the Royal Women’s Hospital . Mrs Kirkwood named her baby, Noela. Sister McCorkindale is holding the baby.
