Victoria Park Bistro has expanded with the opening of its very own Rotisserie Kitchen. Guests can now enjoy family style roast chicken and mouth-watering porchetta five days a week.
Jason Peppler, Award Winning Executive Chef at Victoria Park Bistro and Victoria Park Function Venue said the Rotisserie Kitchen will be an exciting addition to the Victoria Park’s extensive precinct offering.

I enjoyed the roast chicken dinner recently at the new Rotisserie Kitchen. My serving size was generous, the meat succulent and delicious and perfectly accompanied with roast vegetables and lightly dressed salad leaves.
I’m a dessert girl and love to indulge in dessert when dining out. At Victoria Park Bistro we were spoilt with delicious dessert choices of decadent Hot Dark Chocolate Beownie with milk ice cream and salted caramel sauce or Lemon Curd Parfait with strawberries and granola crumble. My choice was Lemon Curd Parfait and it was the perfect light finishing touch to our delicious Rotisserie meal.
