Feast your eyes on Brisbane’s biggest Gingerbread House which has been created by Rydges South Bank Executive Pastry Chef Tammy Cole and her team.



Located in the foyer of the hotel till Christmas, the Gingerbread House weights over 270kg (170kg of gingerbread and 100kg of icing) and took Tammy and her team days to bake and assemble. 



The Gingerbread House initiative is in support of The Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital, with people being asked to drop their present donations in the lobby.
